  “I recently had this company put a new patio in my backyard. The lay out of the pavers and the design came out great. However the patio was not sealed correctly. The company put on two different types of sealants. As a result the color of the pavers for half the patio is a different color. The company agreed that they put on the wrong sealant and would take care of the problem.
  
  After 3 months of calling the company repeatedly with no responses the problem was looked at. Another month passed and the company turned over one half of the pavers but no sealant was put on.
  
  After 5 months passed with repeated calls to the company with no responses, the company put on another sealant on the entire patio. But the color of the new sealant that was put on the pavers that were turned over did not match the other half of the patio. It has been 4 months now that I have called the company repeatedly with no responses to correct this problem.”
